Saxophonist and composer Joshua Jaswon has been a feature on the thriving UK Jazz scene since his days as a student at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and this scintillating Quartet represents his latest work.
Performing all original material the ensemble has made appearances in the London Jazz Festival, the City of London Festival, performed at venues such as The Vortex, Ronnie Scotts, Lauderdale House, LSO St. Luke’s, Matt and Phreds, Kings Place, The Elgar Room, The Jazz Nursery, The Barbican Pit Theatre and The Forge; and has been broadcast on Jazz FM and BBC Radio 3.
The quartet is committed to performing engaging straight-ahead jazz that uses the breadth of the jazz tradition for its inspiration.

This evening the quartet will be performing music from its debut album Ribbons. The music draws on the group's interest in lyricism, swing, and the blues and reflects the ensemble's intent to deliver communicative performances accessible to a wide-ranging audience.
