Tournesol is a trio featuring Seb Pipe on sax, Will Butterworth on piano and Marcus Penrose on double bass. With an emphasis on interaction and an 'open' rhythmic feel, the music is composed by all three members and the compositions are used as a 'jumping off' point for improvisation, with the aim of creating a new story each time a tune is performed.

The latest release from the band will be their self-titled album 'Tournesol', and they are playing in venues across the U.K from May onwards to celebrate it's launch. Tournesol is out now on Kelsey Records, and is available on itunes.
