London-based saxophonist, composer and educator. Reiss Ellis Beckles is a young, versatile and diverse artist with a strong background & understanding in many genres of music in particular Jazz, Pop and Hip Hop.

Over the course of his career Reiss has shared the stage with artists such as Halsey, Jessie J, Robin Thicke, Jimmy Heath, John Faddis and Dennis Mackrel.

Reiss has appeared at music venues across the world such as Smalls Jazz Club, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Vortex Jazz Club, Terraza 7, Playboy London, LeFrak Concert Hall, Oliver’s Jazz Bar and Caffe Vivaldi to name a few. He has also performed at Jazz festivals such as London Jazz Festival(UK), Ealing Jazz Festival(UK), Manchester Jazz Festival(UK) and SildaJazz(Norway).

Expect music that takes influence from the traditional era of jazz whilst also blending in contemporary jazz styles featuring serene melodies, arrangements and a high level of improvisation from all members of the band.
