Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Josh Valters draws inspiration from great British folk artists such as Nick Drake and John Martyn, weaving his intricate acoustic fingerpicking with gentle yet powerful vocal lines to create modern blend of folk, blues, and soul.

Equally adept on an acoustic or electric guitar, Valters is often to be found busking on the streets of Manchester singing his own new material as well as a variety of popular classics, turning heads as he goes from hammering out note-for-note Hendrix to flamenco reinterpretations of Amy Winehouse on his acoustic guitar.

Join Josh this evening for a performance of Josh’s striking original material, alongside his favourite classics in the genres of soul, blues, and folk. Josh’s tone and style really is quite something, you must check him out!
