LIVE MUSIC 7:15-8pm & 8:15-8:45pm
TABLE MUST BE VACATED BY 9PM
SITTING 2 - 9:30-11:30pm
LIVE MUSIC 9:45-10:30pm & 10:45-11:15pm
Guests are welcome to walk in and stand in the bar area for the duration of the evening, or before/after your sitting (remember, it will be the same two sets for each sitting).

Nishla Smith Sings The Music of Billie Holiday. You can expect the band’s arrangements of classic Billie Holiday tunes, sure to mark this special night in the most gorgeous way. The superb band’s setlist will comprise of both songs which we all know and love, and some hidden gems which you may not know the legend performed. All tied together with the spirit of romance. It’s going to be a very special evening; perfect for lovers, friends, and everyone in between.
Make sure you give us a call ASAP to be in with a chance of getting the best tables, just choose which sitting you would like to attend (7-9pm or 9:30-11:30pm). Note that the band will be performing the same two sets for each sitting - we wanted to make sure every booking got the very best!
A little about Nishla Smith…
Nishla is an artist driven by a desire to tell stories. Her unique musical sensibility, along with this preoccupation with narrative is recurrent throughout a diverse array of musical projects. She's recently made work with Opera North, Yandass Ndlovu, Lancaster Jazz Festival and Manchester Collective.
In 2022, Nishla received a Peter Whittingham Jazz Award for her upcoming album, and a UK Theatre Award for her performance as the titular bird in Atri Banerjee's lauded production of ‘Kes’. She is one-third of cross-disciplinary arts collective Ulita, with whom she just finished a season at Edinburgh Fringe. Nishla is an alumnus of Serious Music’s Take Five, and her 2021 debut album ‘Friends With Monsters’ received critical acclaim and national radio play.
