It’s The Hybrid Sessions’ 2nd Birthday at Matt & Phred’s! This fantastic monthly residency has come to its twenty fourth instalment. As a unique space for musicians to bring electronic production to their musicianship, The Hybrid Sessions has become a go-to night for those who want to take their craft to the next level. After a year of special guests, and more and more regular jammers, tonight is a night for musical celebration…
Tonight’s Hybrid Session will not be an open stage, instead you can expect performances from the past two year’s guest musicians, including: Chris Chambers, Clarky, Liv, Noelle, Refried Beats, and more to be announced soon… It’s set to be an eclectic, unique, and hugely enjoyable night.
The Hybrid Sessions is a monthly residency at Matt & Phred’s, inspired by cutting-edge electronic artists like Floating Points, Maribou State, Thom Yorke, and Jojo Mayer. What sets The Hybrid Sessions apart is its unique fusion of live music with electronic production. Musicians and singers have the chance to deconstruct and reshape digital sounds in real-time, pushing boundaries and exploring new ways to create.
