Warmly welcoming the fantastic Lucas D & The Groove Ghetto back to M&P’s after their hugely popular debut club gig back in late 2021. Bring your dancing shoes, this is set to be a night with a setlist sure to satisfy almost everyone’s taste in music!

Lucas D & The Groove Ghetto are a 7-piece Soul and Funk outfit playing a hugely eclectic mix of music from awe-inspiring soul, to all-time classic disco, through to modern chart tracks given the Lucas D treatment.

Fronted by Cat Davis, the band consists of a red-hot horn section (trumpet, flugelhorn, saxophone, and flute), some of the coolest keys, guitar and bass riffing and improvising out there, plus irresistible beats and rhythms coming from drums and percussion.

Not only does this band have the perfect Saturday night setlist, they have the feel-good attitude sure to make you finish the night with a big smile. The combination of Cat’s superb vocals and the band’s extraordinary solos will leave you tempted to stay on the dance floor for all three forty-five minute sets!
