Dan Berry & Jonny Murray present an evening dedicated to the greatest trumpet & tenor pairings throughout our favourite eras of jazz. From bebop heads by Miles Davis & Charlie Parker through to the hard bop sounds of Clifford Brown & Harold Land, and onward to the modal jazz/post-bop of the likes of Wayne Shorter & Freddie Hubbard.
Paying homage to the tradition of two-part horn arranging & the classic quintet formation, with a band featuring Alex Hillman on guitar, Steve Berry on double bass & Luke Flowers on drums.
